Welcome to Our Website     Changing Peoples Lives/CPL is a community based non-profit organization serving children and adults with developmental disabilities throughout Maryland.  We provide respite and long-term residential placement and case management services in family-style homes licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
